InBev Global Trainee Program. Own your Future
====
What's it all about
InBev was created in 2004 becoming the world's biggest brewer by
volume. But as a dynamic global company, we can't afford to sit back
and relax. That's why we believe in investing in our future leaders
today. By running our trainee program at a global level, we not only
hope to attract the brightest, most driven graduates from the last two
years. We also want to nurture their talent by giving them relevant
experience from the start. Our goal is to find people who can take on
challenging positions as early on in their career as possible - and
set the pace for the organization as a whole.
====
How it works
If you are soon receiving your university degree or have up to two
years of experience, this is the opportunity to develop your career.
The Global Trainee Program will provide you with hands-on experience
before you reach management level, to ensure that the decisions you
will have to make have the weight of experience behind them. You'll
start a ten-month program that gives you a comprehensive view of the
company operations as well as an insight into the strategic challenges
a large multinational such as InBev faces. You'll then assume local
assignments, before you work for us at a global level. These initial
assignments will be anything but easy. We believe that big challenges
help people grow, and the pace of your growth will depend on your
talent, effort and results.

The selection process
Candidates selected in the first on-line screening will be invited to
an initial assessment, which will take the form of a group discussion.
This phase will be followed by individual interviews for the
successful candidates. Before proceeding to the final round a business
game and a competency assessment will be organized. The remaining
candidates will then appear before a panel of senior InBev executives
in each of our geographical zones. English as a second language will
be tested during the process. In all, about 70 positions will be
offered worldwide.
