Field Sales RepresentativeEssential Functions
Account Management
• Create and manage customer relationships with large businesses
• Monitor account production, growth, future needs
• Identify account trends and training needs
• Send targeted communication to territory and to customers
• Supporting customers during the implementation of contracts and throughout the relationship; seeking customer feedback; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Follow-up with customers
• Develop executive summary of Monster usage/review quarterly with decision maker
• Prioritize accounts depending on greatest potential for increased sales
Selling
• Building, developing and managing a qualified sales funnel of opportunities
• Responsible for achieving a quarterly sales goal and an annual sales quota
• Staying abreast of client organizations’ recent news and activities
• Linking Monster’s solutions to stated business needs, solidifying Monster’s value proposition versus the competition
• Identify possible threats to sales opportunities, and then considers how to overcome them
• Identify up-sell opportunities
• Create proposals
• Coordinate sales calls meetings and presentations; create and delivers customized “standard” presentations
• Negotiate pricing with customers
• Demonstrating the traits, inclinations, and outlook that characterize successful salespersons; exhibiting behavior styles that facilitate the demands of the sales role
• Finding personal satisfaction in activities and responsibilities available in the job; enjoying the essence of sales work, embracing the Monster culture
• Assess and identify customer needs, effectively handle objections, close sales
Qualifications
• Bi-lingual. Russian and English proficiency required
• At least 2 – 5 years of sales experience with a proven solid track record in heavy prospecting and lead -generation. Experience should be in a high outbound transactional call environment
• University degree required
• Familiar with working in an incentive/goal driven environment
• Experience needs to be in a Prospecting/Lead Generation role, preferably in a high volume, low touch sales environment
• High energy, drive, and sense of responsibility
• Internet Savvy
• Can demonstrate proven creative lead generation methods
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
