Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
• providing assistance to the General Director of the Filial;
• arranging business trips, drawing up reports for accounting department;
• setting up meetings, handling the GD’s schedule;
• translating from/into English;
• handling phone-calls and mail, maintaining contacts with courier companies;
• drafting, formatting and editing documents and e-mails;
• office management.
Requirements:
• previous experience of administrative support is advantage;
• higher education;
• fluent spoken & written English is a must;
• French is a plus;
• advanced PC user;
• ability to multitask, stress resistance.
