The position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies including but not limited to: • Extensive remote desktop support utilizing various remote control tools • Assorted applications (productivity, groupware, accounting, CRM, PIM, medical, insurance, fundraising, construction, real estate, etc.) • Our enterprise-level data centers & server farms • Citrix • Terminal Services • All versions of Windows • Network configuration and troubleshooting Requirements: • Substantial experience supporting Windows-based systems • Solid PC and basic server skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems • Excellent phone skills are a MUST (English). All candidates considered will start with a phone interview to assess your communication skills • Excellent written communication skills. • Ability to articulate complex technology simply and succinctly • Ability to manage and complete projects in a timely manner • Commitment to working in a team setting • Reliability • Flexible work schedule Требуемый опыт работы: 1-3 года .
